I was nervous for the interview, as I had no idea what to expect. Philip was timely in his response to my application (he responded the same day!) and was informative and positive throughout the interview. I honestly forgot it was an interview. He is clearly passionate about what he does. He took time to make sure he was making an informed decision in hiring me and that I was confident that this job would be the right fit for my needs and interests.

Easy! Super nice!! During the interview, he just wanted to get to know you as a person and tell you about the company! Very personable and does not grill you with questions.
