Interview
The recruiting and interview process was arranged entirely by a local group from AIESEC in Japan, a non-for-profit student run university organisation. Prior to interview, a number of application forms and a resume application form was required. The interview process consisted of recording a short 2 minute video of yourself speaking in Japanese addressing the following interview questions.
