The interview process started with a 45-minute phone call with HR, which is outsourced (I’m pretty sure the person I spoke to was in the Philippines). After that, the HR rep reached out to schedule an in-person interview with the CEO. I showed up for the interview but was completely ghosted. After waiting 30 minutes with no update, I decided to leave. It was an incredibly rude experience, and I wouldn’t recommend applying here based on how they treat their applicants.
