Typically MicroStrategy will hire people right out of college. They have a strong university recruiting program except for this year when they are they are cutting costs. Since they hire people right out of college they don't care as much about what you know but more of what you can become. Try to stay calm and provide well thought out answers even if the question is not deserving of a serious answer.
