Phone screen with HR, had to take and pass three assessments, phone screen with Salesforce admin team, then in-person interview. The assessments are tricky, and I was told a fair number of candidates fail to pass them. Overall, this was a very pleasant job interview. The team I interviewed with was very nice. I was rejected after the in-person interview for not being confident enough. I made a mistake in answering a technical question and though I caught it, I think I over-apologized for it. So, if you interview, be as confident as possible and don't over-apologize for mistakes.
