Not sure of what they are called exactly, but they are the standard Keller Williams interview questions with a supposed interest in making sure it's a good fit on both sides. If you pass the initial personality tests, then they move 9n to wanting a background breakdown where you just go over your life. You are encouraged to be open with the purpose being the info will be used to better support you in your position later. I think this should be done AFTER you get an offer opinion. Then a mtg with the other leader, then references then salary, but I like others have had the experience where they just DROP OFF. No follow up once salary was to be discussed. What a waste of my references time!
