Applied online, internal recruiter reached out to me for a phone screen. Did a technical phone interview a few days later which went very well. The in person interview with the PM, one technical director and a developer was a little bit weird. I got the impression that they are understaffed and wanted me to do a 2 or 3 person job. They also told me the client doesn’t know what they want and you have to pitch them ideas. Also they don’t have permanent people working on that contract for the whole week and I was going to be the only person who will be at the client site permanently. I was ready to decline the offer but the recruiter went silent, no feedback, no follow up, no comment, not a word. Very unprofessional but more sign to not work for them.
