Interview
A 30-minute chat with the editor who asked a variety of questions, all pretty normal and relative to the job. However, I never heard back with an official rejection or any feedback.

Interview
Wasn't expecting an interview for a freelance shift, which to me seemed a little bit over the top. I'd just dropped them an email about shifts and was told to come in for a coffee, and then all of a sudden I was having a chat with the deputy editor and social media editor. I then had to do a trial shift afterwards.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Metro London in Jan 2014
Interview
Selection process consisted of a phone interview, followed by a face-to-face interview and a group dynamic with graduates applying for various projects. the process took very long and before I was contacted about my performance on the second stage I had already been interviewed and selected by other companies so I declined the offer. The program seemed very interesting, so it's a shame really.
