After the application you will get a Call with hiring manager. The hiring manager is very nice and all. It does not feel like an interview Then another call and then in person.

Interview
The interview process is basically what you expect. Simple questions and straight forward. Nothing out of the ordinary and no "what would you do..." questions. There doesn't seem to be a process.
