Good process! The first step is doing a video then the second step is an actual interview with a person. Good process overall. I recommend this company. Fast and easy!
They use a ridiculously lengthy and arduous interview process with multiple stages for a job that feels tenuous and dependent on their ability to land and keep contracts with corporate clients. When I asked questions of them, the responses were confusing and contradictory even beyond typical startup chaos. I should have realized then that the interview process mirrors their culture as a whole.

3 interviews that are all with different interviewers and each take an hour. Challenging questions and super lengthy process. They all were very nice but it felt very redundant to have to interview three times for a part tine position
