Interview process was short and they provided feedback about the interview which was good, Interviewer expects the interviewee to verbally express more than what was actually phrased within the questions. When asked what sets apart a better data analyst and others, I answered the knowledge of window functions and how quickly they can come up with a solution on the spot. But from their feedback, I was unable to give a "concrete example" which definitely was not what they asked for and was thus rated poorly for my "technical skills". If they really are interested in finding out my technical and analytical skills, instead of trying to probe it out from me verbally because I might not be good at expressing verbally, I'd rather they give me more technical assessments to do so.
