I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Men's Wearhouse (Columbia, MD) in Jan 2021
Interview
Honestly great working environment with fun and loving people. Everybody works together and helps each other and divide of the tasks evenly most of the times. Management is great and sales training taught me a good amount rest was the real practice on real guest.
Super easy. The interview was mostly based on personality and not so much experience. They asked few questions about my background which I was surprised by. But we ended up clicking and I suppose that’s needed in any sales position.

Interview
One interview with the district manager and a store manager. I was told what the job was and what the compensation and training would be. They asked a lot of questions which were quite similar and the district manager barely spoke.
