I received a call from the assistant manager to set up an in-person interview at the store. I was asked some preliminary questions about my availability and expectations. I went to the interview and was asked questions about my experience in customer service. I was offered the job after my interview.
There was a phone interview with generic questions followed by one in-person. They asked me to put together several outfits and to associate them with a customer archetype (business formal/casual etc).

pretty easy. asks about skills, theoretical questions about the job, etc. got a call back within the week and started onboarding a week later. overall a smooth and easy process.
