Never had a formal interview. It was a walk in ten years ago. The district manager happened to be there and the store was looking to fill a CSA position. The DMV asked me about my work history and explained what the job entailed. He liked my positive attitude and hired me right then. Wasn't expecting to land a job then and there but I guess I was in the right place right time.
