Meet with two supervisors to do the interview process. Questions are pretty simple and straightforward. After the interview, if they feel you could be a good fit, they will offer you a tour on the line/department you'll most likely work.

Very straightforward, relaxed and before the interview great insight to how the interview will go very happy with the overall process . It's a good team of people who like to get the job done and remain happy

How do you calm down or defuse a difficult shift or situation
Simple interview process. They were kind and respectful. Didn't have multiple rounds. They sent the offer letter within a couple days. Unfortunately I didn't accept the roleand went with another employer
