It was a brief interview via a temp agency. I was asked about my previous work experience and how I could relate the skills I'd learned to the job at Medtronic. I was given some scenarios and asked questions on how I would act in different situations.

Do i know what a clean room is. Have I heard of Lean principles.
Straightforward process overall. The interview was outsourced, with a small dexterity and medical exam completed on separate days. If you communicate well, appear reliable, and stay professional, the process should go smoothly.

Lots of stages to go through but not too difficult. The interview alone was not difficult the normal questions were asked. A lot of time in between the stages though.

Interview
Interview process took time between medical exam and dexterity test and interview process. Alot of waiting for call back and waiting for the interview to take place . Once the dexterity test is complete you move to the interview process.
