I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Louisville, CO) in Feb 2015
Interview
I met the recruiter during the College Career fair and she seemed to be really interested in me. She got back to me in 3 days and set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked pretty straight forward behavioral questions as if she was reading from a lost of questions. She also asked me why I am interested in this role and the company and what I bring to the table.
I felt it went pretty good and I was qualified for the job. But I never heard back from them. I mailed them 3-4 times and tried calling, but to no avail.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do you bring to the job?
What do you think you will learn from the Job?
Processo molto dilatato nel tempo, primo step con HR talent, secondo con direttore di funzione di divisione, terzo con HR di stabilimento e capo diretto. Feedback poco puntuale, probabilmente dovuto alla complessità organizzativa
