It was a very brief but yet very thorough interview. The process consists of dexterity, psychometric test the a two week wait for a reply before a face to face interview, then medical test then reference check
Firstly you get called to a psychometric test. If you pass you get an interview and then a medical. The interview included a dexterity test. They asked mainly personality questions. It was quick.
