The interview could easily be described as Professional, fair. Informative and balanced. There were 3 managers and they did their best to get the best from you. The interview wasn’t difficult and had one small practical test.

2 sections to the interview process,
1 involves a typing test in terms of words per minute, plus a pre-filled excel spreadsheet with 10 different problems to solve functions in order to demonstrate excel capabilities.
The other is a straight forward interview face to face regarding employment history and experience.
