Interview
Had a standard on-campus interview. The onsite interview included a great overview of the company, tour of a distribution center, dinner with many people on the operations team, and 4 sets of interviews.

I don't think that I was thrown off from any questions. The most unusual (and refreshing) par was that the interviews felt more like a conversation. They didn't have a bunch of pre-scripted questions, so I wasn't able to use my normal responses.
