Pros
Easy work depending on where your at. Decent pay very good benefits and PTO after 90 days
Cons
Pro track tracks performance. If you were on an order picker a lot of times, people would struggle to hit the numbers and could potentially get fired. If you were not in an easy spot, which went to mostly the females and old people he would have a pretty physical position. long hours also

Pros
None to list unfortunately. Have nothing to say after years of service
Cons
Managers lie to bring you on. Very difficult to move up. HR reps lie and say they do investigations. Ethics department is hidden. They literally don’t want you to know that this is where you go if a supervisor just wants to make up stuff because you won’t date them!

- 5.018 Sept 2023Rotational Associate ProgramCurrent EmployeeChicago, IL
Pros
Get to survey the field and many different areas of the vast company (sales, project management, product management, finance, supply chain , etc)
Cons
You can easily love each rotation and it can be hard to choose a career path with so many amazing options in front of you.
- 2.026 Aug 2023Computer TechnicianCurrent Employee, more than 5 yearsNorthfield, IL
Pros
1) Starting pay is competitive. 2) Overly inclusive. 3) When company provided meals are provided, they are very inclusive of an individual's dietary restrictions, and those w/out restrictions are provided very good meals, from exceptional vendors.
Cons
Managers have had to argue for employee increases w/opposition from Managers from complete other teams, behind closed doors for some of the most productive on their team with the highest numbers because of politics.
1 - 2.06 Sept 2023Distribution Service ManagerCurrent Employee, more than 8 yearsMundelein, IL
Pros
They probably won’t fire you. They have a lot of business and need to hang on to their employees
Cons
Rigid rules, small raises. Work your tail off. No support from supervisors or HR. No upward mobility unless you are in your 20’s. Constantly initiating new rules and guidelines, have to find coverage anytime you take a day off. Very departmental and specialized within each one making it difficult to cross over to another department

At Medline for 14 yrs and retired during Q2. I contacted the Director and Manager of my department, asking if I would receive a prorated bonus for Q2. They both said absolutely. Since I was leaving on my own, I could have stayed to the end of Q2 IF they said no. I DID NOT receive my bonus. Contacted the director, his response, I was not eligible because I did not stay to the end of the Q2. I wrote 2 follow up emails, he would not respond. Nice way to end 14yrs when I gave 110% everyday.
