Medline Industries Salaries

At Medline for 14 yrs and retired during Q2. I contacted the Director and Manager of my department, asking if I would receive a prorated bonus for Q2. They both said absolutely. Since I was leaving on my own, I could have stayed to the end of Q2 IF they said no. I DID NOT receive my bonus. Contacted the director, his response, I was not eligible because I did not stay to the end of the Q2. I wrote 2 follow up emails, he would not respond. Nice way to end 14yrs when I gave 110% everyday.

I've just received a job offer from Medline. I work on the tech team where I am constantly working onsite and with end users. What a good hourly rate?

Hi, I got 2 job offers - one from Blue Cross Blue Shield and the other from Medline Industries. Which one should I go for? Medline seems appealing as it is nearer to my home, offers $5k more, but the domain is different from the one in bcbs . I want to stay in healthcare. Any suggestions?
