This was the worst interview experience I ever had till now. I had telephonic interview with this organization and I was excited because as I think it's a reputed company to work with but I was so wrong and after this experience I think if they don't know what to ask in interview then I think this organization is in God's hand. He asked me to brief myself and I did point by point like what I am doing in my current organization and what are my responsibilities. He asked me about that technology which I was away since a long time and to my surprise he was not interested to ask anything about WPF for which I have applied for. I was at least expecting that he would ask anything about WPF but he was more interested on the technology on which I was not working I said we are using different technology but I think he was not at all interested at all. All I can say to those who are preparing for the interview then please don't expect much because I think they don't even realize on which technology you have worked for but all they care about their knowledge which is so limited. I wasted my time preparing for the things which I thought they would ask but in the end, someone who is dumb will ask you what he has in his dumb mind.
