Met the recruiter at a career fair at my university. Had an on campus interview shortly afterwards. Two interviewers were very friendly and it was all behavioral. Next they invited me to an on site interview at Mundelein, IL. Again, it was all behavioral and interviewed with various people who had different roles in the company. After the interviews they had you take a simple skills test. About 3 days later I was informed about the offer.

Its very worst, they take multiple rounds which has no use. They ask same questions by non technical person. They need to improve a lot as a software company. Interview don't aware about for what he is hiring.
