Standard phone interview questions - asked me to walk me through my resume, and asked me why I was interested in Medline and the position itself. I was told by the HR rep that I was to move onto the next round, but after me emailing the HR rep a few days later to inquire about the next steps, I received no email response back. I sent a follow up email roughly a week after this initial email, and was again ignored with no response back. I am quite surprised by this unprofessional behavior, as it doesn't take much effort to respond back to a candidate who took the time to interview. If it was decided that I was not to move forward in the process, so be it, just communicate this with me.

First round phone call with a recruiter, then a 2 hour zoom interview with 4 people. Did not get an offer for the position I applied for, but asked if I would be interested in a different position that paid 20% less. I countered on the salary to 10% less than the original position, the recruiter said they would be comfortable moving forward, but never actually sent an offer. After attempting to follow up twice over the following three weeks, the recruiter ghosted me and never responded.
