Mediaware Infotech interview questions

The interview process here was quite straightforward and thought-out. The interviewers are quite well informed about their domains and their questions are to the point and very direct answers are expected.

It was really immature of them. Don't even care about the potential future employee. They randomly send mail on working day to come to there office for interview in 2 hours. They don't even know what to ask the candidate for interview. They don't have well defined job profile for the candidate. Came to know in middle of interview that they are looking for different profile. They even don't greet the candidate. After interview they said we are unsure about you so we are giving an assignment. After completing the assignment And mailing them. They didn't revert at all . After a week when I sent multiple mails/calls they reverted via mail that you are rejected. Completely unprofessional interview/HR.
