I was ghosted… I had one interview with the recruiter who said she would schedule the next interview with the hiring manager however that never happened.
I waited over a week, emailed her a follow-up, sent her my availabilty and again she said she would schedule it and now 3 more weeks have passed and no contact, not even a courtesy email to say they are backlogged or that they went with another candidate.
Just silence. Quite unprofessional and waste of everyones time.
