I interviewed with the company thanks to contacts who knew people within the professional services team. Everyone was really friendly and quick to respond. Medallia then arranged an interview day where you meet the rest of the team and management. The team and HR were very friendly. Management was also quite keen. However, the founders are quite particular in their approach and can be arrogant. I was warned by another interview candidate about the founders, but had to see it to believe it. While the company is on a promising trajectory, it appears that senior management accommodate the founders' quirks, as with all growing companies. It's just a question of fit.
