I submitted my CV and covering letter by e-mail after seeing the company at a careers fair. I was contacted a few days later by one of their recruiters to arrange a phone interview. The interview lasted 30 minutes. It covered things like why I was interested in the company, my weaknesses, whether I'd considered doing a PhD, etc.
