Interview
phone interview followed by invitation to an office assessment. Numerical tests, quite complex to solve, followed by 2 1:1 interviews with case and structured questions. The first case was easy, the second was quite undefined and complex to solve. Have the feeling that the 2 interwiever did the "good-cop" "bad-cop" routine. Didn't get an offer.

Teamwork question: how handled a difficult team member
3 step process. first was a screening then followed with around 7 case studies. the case studies ranged in varying industries and scope. this was done over a course of 2 months
Too long, too many rounds, too many people interviewing you and you need to follow up several times in order to get a response. They give you the materials to prepare which is good, but everything else is suboptimal
Das erste Interview war mit der HR. Klassische Fragen - Führ mich durch deinen Lebenslauf, warum Consulting, was motiviert dich etc. Das zweite Interview ging 3 Stunden. Nach einem kurzen Kennenlerenen, kamen zwei Case-Studys dran - eins auf Deutsch und eins auf Englisch.
