I applied online. I interviewed at McKinsey & Company
Interview
1. Recruiter screening with a dog barking on the other end. She asked about diversity & inclusion - should have been first clue about how "woke" they are
2. Excel test
3. 30 minute interview with hiring manager who needed a change of clothes

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at McKinsey & Company
Interview
They only call people for walk in to generate head count . On last day of walk-in around 10 of us went in . Same thing was said to all - that they will mail us a link to attend apptitude test and after that there will be 2 core rounds n hr. But so far none of us have got any link . I heard from around 6 ppl who said the same . Waste of time and expenses

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at McKinsey & Company (New York, NY) in Aug 2009
Interview

Two of the one on ones were very difficult, asking complex questions about economics. One of the interviews was relatively easy, asking questions off my resume.
