4 step process, lots of scenario based questions. Very informal but was told that I’d be offered the job at the end of the interview. It was straight forward and they put me at ease

The process was short and straightforward at McDonalds. Got hired on the spot and given feedback. The manager was really nice and made me feel comfortable. The manager was straightforward of the current business needs and how I would play a role in.
Quite short and simple, one on one interview and a few questions about traits and how you have handled particular experiences in the past e.g. how you would handle different types of customers
