The best thing is the flexibility, the worst thing is that you don't get paid for sick leave, you get paid for holidays but they pay you whenever they want, they always have an issue.

The only good thing is that you can request time off whenever you want and for as long as you want. They dont provide health insurance, no sick leave payment, the holiday payment is always very messy, if you request your holiday payment for the 14th of may for example dont be surprise if they pay you one month later.

I didn't get any benefits from the restaurant apart from free food for lunch, although you still had to oblige by the policies on how much you could take

Not much benefits which is not unusual. We had a great christmas party each year with great prizes like TVs and XBOXs. This wa the main benefit but there was a good team atmosphere which was good to work in
