It was smooth. Be yourself they want to see if you can be friendly but also have discipline. The environment is fast paced so they want to see if you can delegate and coach all while in a rush.

Very easy going and simple. Got interviewed and started in the same week. Great managers and employees. Nothing to be nervous about. Hiring manager is very friendly as well! You would enjoy this interview process
