To streamline the artist recruitment process, we utilize an online application system. Interested artists are invited to apply through our gallery's website, where they complete a series of questions and assessments, including a personality test tailored to gauge their artistic approach and compatibility with our gallery's ethos.
Upon reviewing applications, selected candidates are scheduled for interviews. We conduct both in-person and virtual interviews to delve deeper into their artistic practice, motivations, and aspirations. These interviews serve as an opportunity for us to assess the artist's suitability for representation and explore potential collaboration opportunities.
Following the interviews, we promptly communicate the results to the artists via phone or email. This ensures transparency and provides timely feedback on the outcome of their application. We strive to maintain open and respectful communication throughout the recruitment process, fostering positive relationships with all applicants, regardless of the final outcome.
