the process for apply at mc donalds was very simple and short. you apply online and if they believe you would be right for there company you book in a interview with the store. Then if you are successful you will get a email saying you are in!
Quick and easy. Very simple and straight forward. General questions about customer service, some situational based questions and questions about the company. For example, how to handle angry customers or what to do when you make a mistake.

The interview was quite quick and basic! Simple, standard interview questions and the Manager was pretty nice. The interview just took place at a table in the restaurant. She asked questions like what are your strengths and weaknesses.
