They did an interview in the staff room where we were only told to bring our passports then she was asking for more legal documents from me. I didnt bring it because i was told to only bring my passport so we reschedualed to the next day for my interview however they forgot about me and left me to wait at the back of the room where they were preparing food
Easy behavioral style interview and i was hired on the spot, just STAR method questions. Easy if you have ever had customer service experience of any kind, so just talk about how you are good with customers and want to learn

I felt comfortable and relaxed. No complaints. It was a great experience. I would tell people not to stress over the process. I hope everyone does well.

Interview
Everything was easy there was no hard questions. Just behavioral and customer service questions. The manager was super nice and they understood my schedule completely. I asked for part time opportunity and they were willing to work around my schedule.
