Very basic and boring, not exactly what I was looking for, could have asked some more useful questions and explained further what my job would entail. Does not include benefits that I would like and the pay is lower than I imagined as well.
It began with a simple phone interview, followed by an in person interview. I met with the GM and franchise owner. In total it was two interviews and the process took about two and one half weeks
The interview was not too bad, the interviewers mainly asked about my past jobe experience and the reasons i wanted to leave my current role, how would i deal with example situations between employees.
