Interview
The hiring process was very simple. I walked in, spur of the moment, filled out a form, and was hired the next day. Perhaps I should have asked more questions, shown an interest in potential advancement, wage increases, etc, but at the time I didn't know how to do that. I would suggest that anyone interviewing with this company do that, as they might be less likely to be treated as expendable labor.

There were no difficult questions. The conversation was very straightforward.
In-store application process only. They want applicants to come into the store to meet in-person and to see which store location the applicant can work at. The company seems to be looking for sharp-minded, loyal workers that will add positive value to the team atmosphere. During the holiday season they may hire additional workers. Usually interviewed by the store manager.
