One interview with HR, there were all behavioural questions, pretty standard. My job was contracted with a staffing agency. Majority of their customer reps got hired by contracts. And you will get converted to Maximus enployee after your contract period, but a lot of people would leave because this is a really bad place to work. No freedome whatsoever.

Group interview. If interviewing you are chosen to move forward. During that same interview process if you want to move forward you were asked to to your shift time. Once the call is complete. You will get consent form for your background and things of that nature in your email. So the on boarding process is fairly easy.
