They asked me to do a technical screening with Skilled (a company that does outsourced technical interviews). I scored 5/5, so they scheduled a call with their CTO. Then before the call the recruiter reached out to me to say that the CTO actually didn't want to speak to me because I had short-lived jobs on my resume (I do). Then said if I had good reasons for those short-lived roles (again, I do) I could fight to put the interview back on the calendar. Needless to say, I was no longer interested in the role.
