Interview
I went to the HR department at the company for application. Then HR Officer gave a basic test including general knowledge, math and English. After that (this process take a long period) I got contact from HR for first interview with newsroom. Around 1-2 week, HR contacted me again for Interview with Board Members. And I got an offer in 1 week.
If you pass the first round interview, it is 70% guarantee that you will absolutely pass the boards' interview.
