I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Math Tutor Network (Vancouver, BC) in Sept 2019
Interview
Short and simple; sat down at a café for a half hour and chatted for the most part. Henry gave me a few simple pre-calculus questions just as a sanity check and helped refresh my memory.
Had a phone prescreening interview then Met at a convenient location for a face2face meeting
Asked for credentialed documentation
Easy line of questioning based on teaching experience
Met at a convenient in town location for our meeting because this is a remote tutoring opportunity
Very easy, nice manager interviews you in person and gives you a practice test to show your teaching ability. He then asks you to teach him how to do each question.

Interview
The interview comes in two parts: a general introduction of yourself and a mock exam for teaching a student. Questions on the exam covers most math topics. You should be able to clearly explain the process of how to tackle the problem and not just do the question.
