Applied online and was called by the assistant manager for an interview. Met with them and discussed general interview questions like my history and what the job entails. Scheduled a second interview at the end of the initial one to sit down and chat with the GM (~3 days after first interview i had the second one). GM said he will contact by end of the week to let me know who they decided to go with

Interview
I applied on Indeed and was called to schedule an interview. I was kept waiting, and while the interview was in progress I was scheduled for a second interview which took place a few weeks later. Flash forward over a month later I have yet to receive any feedback, a rejection email, or any logical explanation why I was completely ghosted despite my attempts to stay in touch. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Do not waste your time hoping you will be hired here.

Simple interview, no hard questions. Was very to the point and situational. I interviewed with the store manager and she was very nice. She asked for my goals and I think wanting to grow within the company made me stand out.

Interview
I visited in-store, spoke with the hiring manager, then applied online. I was called within a few days for an interview with the store manager. The interview was friendly and conversational; we discussed my previous experiences in detail and a few behavioral interview questions. The manager was thorough in describing the position and what they expected from the person in it. I loved the manager's energy and transparency, and I received a call with an offer within 3 days.
