Interview
applied online thru TJX and was called by a store manager within a week. Had interview with same store manager 3 days later. Very informal, but professional interview. Comfortable and informative. Explained exactly how store operated and what the mission was of the company. Received interview with District Manager 3 days later. Met with DM and another SM at same interview. Was not like your typical interview which are usually based on the "Tell me about a time" questions from a script. Questions were about experience and what direction the company was going in. Customer service questions and operational questions alike. Felt that the DM was very receptive and honest and didnt sugar coat anything. I found the process very smooth, professional and enjoyable.
Simplified. Short phone screen to make sure I was who my application said I was with a recruiter then scheduled and in person interview at the store with the GM and DM.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Marshalls (Charlottesville, VA) in Apr 2017

The questions were mostly behavioral type. All open ended.
Interview lasted approximately 45 mins.
Was given a written offer within 3 days.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Marshalls in Oct 2016
Interview
It was the briefest management interview I have ever experienced. It was 25 minutes long in total. The District Manager was the interviewer and took lots of notes. She said the process would take about two weeks minimum. This was my second interview which followed a phone interview with a recruiter.
