The interview process consisted of completing a 20-question form and being invited to a technical interview. The form was on Microsoft 365 and only displayed 2-3 questions at a time. Candidates are asked to complete the form by a deadline and then email the HR person when it is completed. Candidates are then invited to interview with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager asked for information that was captured in the form. The Hiring Manager asked for availability for a phone call. I provided availability. Two days prior she canceled the technical interview without explanation. It seems that the Hiring Manager canceled because I did not provide a phone number in the email. Neither the HR POC nor the Hiring Manager have been responsive to emails or phone calls.
They don't respect your time nor have a process for keeping up with candidates information. Not everyone looking for a job is unemployed and available via phone immediately.
