I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Marriott International (New Haven, CT) in Nov 2013
Interview
they called me in where i was screened by an entry level HR employee who was so nervous it was a little funny. After that, I had 2 more individual interviews in a row, then a computer test (matching up with company values), and then I was hired contigent upon a urine analysis, which I obviously passed and then began work a week later

It was a pretty quick and straightforward process. I applied online, and I had an interview a week later. I went to the interview, did my background check, and a week later I got hired and started my onboarding process.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Marriott International (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2025
Interview
An application and online assessment, via the marrriott website. After this you set up an in-person interview on site.
However, it is an incredibly unprofessional and disorganized set up. Interviews typically happen after the scheduled time or are cancelled last minute. Very little appropriate introduction to the company's expectations for the role.
