The interview process was structured but fairly friendly and largely focused on job experience as it related to the open role being filled. Three rounds, which led to an offer.

They asked about overcoming challenges and how I managed to do that in previously roles.
After applying and making it through initial ATS, I was prompted to take an online assessment (very basic what would you do scenarios). Following the assessment, a recruited did a 30-min screening with me covering STAR questions. Although I thought it went well and the recruiter echoed the sentiment, I did not go through to the next round

Interview
I feel the interview is very common, with common questions. There's a telephone interview at the first. Then it's a person-to-person interview. There were 2 interviewers. The interviewers were nice, and the questions were not hard. But I don't get any feedbacks after the interview.
