Screening interview conducted prior to first interview with hiring leader. Process was fairly formal. Specific questions were behavioral/scenario-based and probed on my past experiences. I was asked to highlight the specific actions I took and the result(s) in my response. There were no case questions.

Give me an example of a customer-centric strategy that you developed and launched which drove significant business results?
Reasonable. They asked about strengths and weaknesses. They posed other standard interview questions. Overall, a reasonable degree of preparation helped the process run smoothly. I would recommend the company's hiring practices. Overall, it was a positive experience for what it was. I have no further comments.
