Interview
Was called in for an interview and met with the Front Desk Manager and the Operations manager. They liked my qualifications and were ok with the fact that I did not have any previous hotel experience. The same day they called me back and requested that I do another interview with the PM and MId Shift Supervisors. I was then offered the job.

It was very smooth, lots of questions so prepare before you interview. Also if your not in the industry educate yourself on the company and the job itself. Ask questions.
